2. The Service

We provide verified market intelligence and lead data for agencies ("Service"). The data is provided "as is" and is intended for B2B outreach purposes only.

3. Membership & Billing

Subscription: Your membership is billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via your account portal or by contacting support.

Refunds: We offer a "Bad Data" guarantee as described on our landing page. If a lead is invalid (bounce/disconnected), we will provide a replacement. We do not offer refunds for "lack of closed deals" or general dissatisfaction, as the nature of our product is digital information.

4. Usage Restrictions

You agree NOT to:

• Resell, redistribute, or share our lead data with third parties.
• Use the data for spamming, harassment, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to scrape or reverse-engineer our platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OROSFORT PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
